About Me
Pam is a compassionate and highly trained Lead Medical Receptionist.
In her role, she assists patients with appointments, scheduling of services, and completion of disability and FMLA forms. She also works closely with the doctors and the hospitals the practice is affiliated with to coordinate and schedule surgical procedures.
As the front desk supervisor, Pam directs, supervises and coordinates staff and office activities on a daily basis to provide excellent customer service to patients. Pam loves helping and working with patients, and finds her profession to be deeply rewarding.
